Reduce Gobierno de Michoacán deuda pública

Morelia, Michoacán, a 1 de mayo de 2019.- El Gobierno de Michoacán, que encabeza Silvano Aureoles Conejo, redujo la deuda pública bancaria del Estado, en 214.4 millones de pesos, con relación al cierre del ejercicio fiscal 2017.

El titular de la Secretaría de Finanzas y Administración (SFA), Carlos Maldonado Mendoza, entregó al Congreso michoacano la Cuenta Pública Estatal 2018, cumpliendo cabalmente con la normatividad en la materia.

En el documento resalta la dispersión de recursos destinados al desarrollo social, por un monto superior a los 44 mil millones de pesos; al sector económico, por 2.472 millones de pesos; y a los municipios, un monto de más de 13 mil millones de pesos.

Como resultado de los procesos de refinanciamiento y reestructura de la deuda pública estatal, se ejercieron 2.794 millones de pesos del servicio de la deuda pública bancaria.

Significando lo anterior, 91.3 millones de pesos menos, con respecto a lo autorizado por el Poder Legislativo en el Presupuesto de Egresos de 2018, fortaleciendo así la contención del gasto público.

Maldonado Mendoza destacó, que el reporte de la cuenta pública fue realizado en apego a los principios de transparencia y legalidad que rigen a la presente administración estatal.

En cuanto al pasivo circulante del 2018, decreció en 2,026 millones de pesos, lo que representa una disminución de adeudos por un 15.86 por ciento.

Además, las participaciones crecieron en 3,435 millones de pesos, situación que también se generó en las aportaciones; ambos rubros, de origen federal, en 1,596 millones de pesos, que representa un 5.5 por ciento más respecto al año 2017.

Los ingresos por gestión del Gobierno, tuvieron un incremento por 755.4 millones de pesos, que es un 19.7 por ciento respecto al ingreso obtenido en el año 2017, principalmente por un crecimiento en los rubros de impuestos, derechos y aprovechamientos.

Y durante el 2018, se transfirió un monto de 238 millones de pesos de prerrogativas a partidos políticos, entre otros avances en el rubro de las finanzas públicas.
