Apatzingán tendrá reglamento contra el maltrato animal

  • La Regidora del PT, Blanca Azucena Alvarez es quien ha venido impulsando esta reglamentación.

Apatzingán, Mich, 09 de julio de 2019. – A través de la comisión de Salud, el Cuerpo Colegiado del Ayuntamiento , dio inició con los primeros trabajos para que este municipio de Apatzingán cuente con un reglamento contra el maltrato animal y a favor de los derechos de los felinos y caninos.

De ello dio cuenta la regidora Blanca Azucena Álvarez Chávez quien explicó,dijo en el documento ya tiene un 75 por ciento de avance en su integración, y podría estar lista a un par de meses más para convertir al municipio en el tercero a nivel estatal que tenga un reglamento a favor de los animales ello después de Morelia y Zamora.

Subrayó, que demás de tomar como referencia los reglamentos de ambos municipios, también se está tomando en cuenta la opinión de veterinarios, animalistas y autoridades sanitarias, porque el problema de los animales contempla no sólo sus derechos y protección, sino también la salud pública por las enfermedades que transmiten a los humanos, precisó la titular de la Comisión de Salud del Ayuntamiento de Apatzingán.

Agregó que con esta ley, preparan una campaña gratuita de baños contra la pulga y la garrapata en colonias de la ciudad, así como el seguimiento de las jornadas de esterilización en perros y gatos, y la integración de un comité que se encargue de velar por la correcta aplicación del Reglamento en mención.
