Operativo «Motociclista Responsable», no es para robar: Valle Morales

  • El objetivo es la seguridad e incidir en la reducción de accidentes.

Apatzingán, Mich., a 07 de agosto de 2019.-  Francisco Valle Morales aclara, el operativo «Motociclista Responsable», iniciado el pasado fin de semana con la fase de concientización, no es con fines recaudatorios ni para robar como dicen, el objetivo es la seguridad de los conductores de este tipo de vehículos, e incidir en la reducción de la cifra de accidentes donde por lo regular por la falta de precaucion, protección y por no respetar las reglas viales salen siempre bastante afectados.

El integrante de la Mesa para la Construcción de la Paz en Apatzingán, manifestó, que luego de los comentarios que han surgido sobre el inicio de esta acción, es importante que los motociclistas reconozcan que el único propósito es la seguridad de quienes tripulan este tipo de vehículos.

Si el operativo fuera con otros fines, no se hubiera comenzado con la etapa de sensibilización, lamentablemente han surgido algunos comentarios que refieren que el operativo «es para robar», por lo que reiteró, que no es así y agregó que desde la semana anterior,  se trabaja concientizando sobre el uso de casco, el no viajar más de dos personas a bordo de un vehículo de ese tipo y el tener en regla los documentos y placas de las motos.

En torno a la aplicación de multas y sanciones puntualizó, que una vez que concluyan las tres semanas de concientización, se procederá con la aplicación de lo que establece las leyes en la materia.

Cabe hacer énfasis en que los automovilistas y Sociedad en general celebran éstas acciones, pues en Apatzingán han proliferado los motociclistas que no respetan reglas de tránsito, los usan para trasportar en ocasiones hasta 5 personas o más y ello implica un grave peligro no solo para ellos, sino también para otros conductores.
