Chucándiro, Michoacán, 18 de junio de 2019.- Integrantes de la Comisión de Desarrollo Urbano, Obra Pública y Vivienda del Congreso del Estado, iniciaron con la inspección de las obras ejecutadas en Michoacán, con la intención de verificar si su costo y calidad correspondan a lo reportado en la Glosa del Tercer Informe del Gobierno de Michoacán.
En su calidad de presidenta de la citada comisión, la Diputada de Morena, Sandra Luz Valencia, resaltó que en esta gira se detectaron inconsistencias, como carencia de planeación, baja calidad, sobrecosto, destrucción del equipamiento, cuarteaduras, entre otros desperfectos en las obras que se sometieron a revisión.
Junto con su compañera de bancada Teresa López Hernández, así como del diputado Humberto González Villagómez, la legisladora explicó, que ésta ya es la segunda ocasión en que se emprende una gira de inspección por parte de la comisión a su cargo, ejercicio que, dijo, se pensó para validar la correcta ejecución de obra pública en la entidad.
La Legisladora, aprovechó la gira para hacer una mención honorífica a la rehabilitación del camino Cuitzeo-San Agustín del Pulque, obra ejecutada por la Junta Local de Caminos mediante la modalidad de administración directa y presupuestada en trece millones de pesos, donde se aplicó un riego de sello de 6.5 kilómetros, sin que hubiera estado contemplado en el presupuesto original, que solo había considerado una reparación.
«En esta obra se rebasaron las metas establecidas, pues al optimizar al máximo el desempeño de la Junta de Caminos, se evitó una inversión adicional de hasta siete millones de pesos”, enfatizó la diputada local por el Distrito 23 por Apatzingán.
Por último, la diputada de extracción morenista adelantó que este tipo de recorridos prevalecerán por parte de la Comisión de Desarrollo Urbano, Obra Pública y Vivienda, a fin de que se valide la congruencia existente entre las acciones infraestructurales emprendidas en Michoacán y lo expuesto en la Glosa del Tercer Informe de Gobierno.
