Oaxaca de Juárez, 6 de agosto de 2019.- los Diputadas Locales, Sandra Luz Valencia, Mayela Salas, Osiel Equihua y el Secretario de Movilidad del Ayuntamiento de Morelia, Antonio Godoy Vélez Aldana, participaron en el Proceso Nacional de Armonización Normativa en Materia de Movilidad, Tema de las Mesas Regionales de Trabajo, que se llevaron a efecto en el Centro de Convenciones, en Oaxaca de Juárez.
Este importante Foro, contó con la participación de Congresistas y Funcionarios Municipales, vinculados con el fenómeno de Movilidad, sus consecuencias y normatividad, de los Estados de Veracruz, Chiapas, Guerrero, Michoacán y Oaxaca, quienes expusieron su propia problemática local y las alternativas de solución.
La movilidad es una práctica social, normal, de desplazamiento de las personas y sus bienes, con la finalidad de realizar sus actividades cotidianas, que cada vez requieren mayor inversión de tiempo, con las consecuencias que esto implica.
«Las ciudades han crecido sin una planificación adecuada y esto ha repercutido en que los nuevos módulos habitacionales son utilizados como casas-dormitorio, por caracer de servicios básicos, de transporte y conectividad, subrayó la Diputada Sandra Luz Valencia.
La movilidad, su problemática y falta de normatividad es un reto de urgente resolución y para ello se tendrán que proponer soluciones y acuerdos entre los actores involucrados en este fenómeno, que repercute en la calidad de vida de los michoacanos, esperaremos a las conclusiones de este trabajo, convocado por Secretaría de Gobernación, SEDATU, Medio Ambiente y Congreso del Estado de Oaxaca para obrar en consecuencia», finalizó diciendo la Legisladora de Michoacán.
