- Modificación al Código Penal del Estado.
Morelia, Michoacán, a 3 de septiembre de 2019.- Con la participación de un grupo de mujeres activistas, en pro de los derechos de las mujeres de Michoacán, se llevó a efecto la segunda mesa de trabajo, coordinada por la Diputada Local, Sandra Luz Valencia, para tipificar en el Código Penal del Estado, la Violencia contra la Intimidad Sexual y el daño a la Imagen Personal.
Mujeres representantes de, la Casa de la Cultura Jurídica de la SCJN, SEIMUJER, KYBERNUS, CNDH, Gobierno del Estado, así como representantes de Diputadas Locales y Federales, contribuyeron con sus aportaciones a elaborar un proyecto de Decreto, para modificar, los artículos 169, 169 bis, 169 ter, 194, 195, 196 y 197 del Código Penal vigente.
Se acordó que además de tipificar estás conductas, se incrementará la penalidad en ambos supuesto, se perseguirá de oficio y por querella y se solicitará a los Juzgadores la reparación integral del daño a la víctima, hombre o mujer.
La violencia contra la Intimidad Sexual, consiste en, la difusión, a través de cualquier medio, de imagenes, fotografías, textos, grabaciones de voz y audiovisuales, de contenido erótico, sexual o pornográfico, de personas, sin su consentimiento, conducta delictiva que da origen al hostigamiento, acoso y extorsión virtual, causando daño grave a la víctima y a su imagen personal.
Al ser entrevistada, al respecto, la Legisladora, comentó, «Se pretende tipificar estas conductas, cada vez más recurrentes, particularmente en los medios digitales y que aún no estan establecidas como delito en nuestro Código Penal», concluyó diciendo la Diputada Apatzinguense, que agradeció la presencia y participación de las presentes, en favor de las y los michoacanos.
