APATZINGAN, MICH., 18 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2019. – Este jueves en la segunda sesión ordinaria del Comité de Planeación para el Desarrollo Municipal de Apatzingán (COPLADEMUNA), se presentarán propuestas para reformar los reglamentos de este órgano colegiado.
Al respecto, Gonzalo Tinoco Pasaye, titular de la Dirección de Planeación para el Desarrollo Municipal (DIPLADEM), Y Coordinador General del COPLADEMUNA, revelo que el alcalde José Luis Cruz Lucatero, Presidente de éste órgano colegiado, convocó para el 19 de septiembre a las 12:30 horas, a los 39 integrantes del Comité, pues la participación ciudadana es fundamental; y para ello es necesario reformar la normativa de dos órganos consultivos que son clave para avanzar por la ruta del desarrollo de Apatzingán.
Tinoco Pasaye recordó que el COPLADEMUNA, es el órgano de participación ciudadana, donde convergen representantes de todos los sectores productivos, empresariales, y de la sociedad civil del municipio; y se requiere que avalen dichas propuestas de reforma, ya que debemos llevar a cabo la transición del DIPLADEM al IMPLAN.
Y es que dijo, Gonzalo Tinoco, es necesario llevar a cabo el Plan de Desarrollo 20-30, que es una estrategia de gran visión, el cual debe ser elaborado por el Instituto de Planeación Municipal, de ahí la importancia de llevar a cabo la citada transición.
Finalmente el funcionario municipal subrayo que en ésta segunda sesión ordinaria, también participará el Arquitecto Juan Carlos Sánchez Pardo, Secretario de Obras Públicas, Desarrollo Urbano, y Servicios municipales, quien hará una presentación sobre el avance del programa de obra 2019; además se dará a conocer el Plan de Desarrollo Municipal 2018-2021, entre otros asuntos importantes.
