Imparte FGE plática a estudiantes de la UMSNH, sobre delitos sexuales

  • Coadyuvar a que la ciudadanía cuente con herramientas de prevención y detección de estas conductas, el objetivo.

Morelia, Michoacán, a 5 de octubre de 2019.- Como parte del plan de acción que lleva a cabo la Fiscalía General del Estado de Michoacán (FGE) para alentar el desarrollo integral de la juventud michoacana, a través de la Fiscalía Especializada en Delitos de Violencia Familiar y de Género, realizó una jornada informativa a estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, con el tema de “Delitos Sexuales y la Seguridad Estudiantil”.

Durante esta actividad, el titular de la Fiscalía Especializada en Medidas de Protección para Mujeres Víctimas de Violencia, adscrita a la mencionada Fiscalía Especializada, Ulises Chávez Puga, explicó a las y los estudiantes, sobre las diversas modalidades de delitos sexuales que se tienen tipificadas en la ley, así como las conductas delictivas y perfiles de las personas que cometen este tipo de actos.

El ponente, mencionó que, el contar con este tipo de información coadyuva a que la ciudadanía cuente con herramientas de prevención y detección de estas conductas, con la finalidad de evitar que sean víctimas de delitos.

Durante la ponencia, resaltó que, por instrucciones del Fiscal General, Adrián López Solís, la FGE, ha llevado a cabo todo un despliegue de acciones encaminadas al combate de estos delitos, con el fin de que, quienes cometan estos actos, sean llevados ante los tribunales y tengan la sanción correspondiente.

De igual forma, señaló que con el objetivo de brindar la correcta atención a las víctimas y a quienes acuden a interponer una denuncia, respecto a estos temas, el personal de la institución se encuentra en constante capacitación, para proporcionar servicios con perspectiva de género y respeto a los derechos humanos.

El funcionario explicó las diversas funciones que realiza tanto la Fiscalía que se encuentra a su cargo, como la Especializada en Delitos de Violencia Familiar y de Género, y sus áreas, con el fin de que las personas se acerquen a solicitar información y sepan que, en la FGE, existe un área enfocada a la atención de estos delitos y a perseguirlos, garantizando así el acceso a la justicia.

Por último, Chávez Puga, explicó que las medidas de protección son mecanismos que la ley contempla y autoriza para imponerse durante la investigación de un caso, y así generar las condiciones adecuadas para asegurar la integridad física de las víctimas y/o testigos, brindando condiciones de protección física, psicológica, emocional y sexual a las víctimas o personas ofendidas.

La FGE refrenda su compromiso de perseguir todo acto que atente contra la juventud michoacana.
