EL DECRETO DE EXTINCIÓN DE LA JUNTA DE CAMINOS NO TIENE VALIDEZ JURÍDICA

Morelia, Michoacán, 29 de noviembre de 2019.- La Diputada de morena, Sandra Luz Valencia, afirmó que la extinción de la Junta de Caminos, por parte del Ejecutivo del Estado, Silvano Aureoles Conejo, es Inconstitucional, carece de validez jurídica, por lo que la relación, obrero-patron, sigue vigente.

El pasado 25 de noviembre, se publicó en el Periódico Oficial, un Decreto, del Gobernador del Estado, que ordena la extinción y liquidación de la Junta de Caminos, que se creó por Decreto Legislativo, el 16 de marzo de 1989, fuente laboral de 350 trabajadores de base, que ya cumplen 11 meses de estar inactivos porque no se les asignó presupuesto para su operatividad ni para el pago de sus salarios.

El Gobierno Estatal, estuvo pagando la nómina de los trabajadores, hasta el pasado mes de julio y desde entonces con el argumento, de que ya no tiene dinero, a la fecha ya les adeuda 8 quincenas de sueldo.

En la Sesión del 13 de noviembre, los Diputados Locales, aprobaron por unanimidad, una Propuesta de Acuerdo con Exhorto, dirigido al Gobernador del Estado, para que de inmediato cubra los salarios pendientes a sus empleados, pues de esos ingresos, dependen sus familias.

En entrevista sobre el tema, la Legisladora de Apatzingán, puntualizó, que, «el Ejecutivo del Estado no está facultado para extinguir dicho Organismo, toda vez que él no la creó, está infringiendo las disposiciones de la Ley que reglamenta a este tipo de Organismos, la que establece que, en la extinción deben observarse las mismas formalidades establecidas para su creación, solo el Congreso, está facultado para derogar ese Decreto», concluyó la Diputada, quien hizo un llamado al Gobernador, para que atienda el Exhorto y ordene el pago inmediato a dichos trabajadores.
