Morelia, Michoacán, 10 de diciembre de 2019.- La Legisladora Morenista, Sandra Luz Valencia, presentó en la Tribuna del Recinto Legislativo, una Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto, para reformar, varios artículos de la Ley de Fiscalización Superior y Rendición de Cuentas del Estado.
Hasta ahora, la revisión de la Cuenta Pública, de la Hacienda Estatal, se realiza completamente desfasada y ésta propuesta pone a consideración de las y los Diputados, reducir los plazos hasta ahora establecidos , de la metodología que se sigue para la entrega y revisión de los Informes que rinde, tanto el Ejecutivo Estatal, como los Presidentes Municipales, para su dictámen.
Al ser cuestionada sobre el tema, la Diputada Local, del Distrito XXIII, comentó, «el Congreso, debe tener la información suficiente sobre la situación financiera y administrativa del Estado y los Municipios, en tiempo y forma, los recursos que se manejan son de todas y todos los Michoacanos y deben de aplicarse con los criterios que marca nuestra Ley Máxima, procurando no dejar al azar temas prioritarios de interés social, eficientando el gasto público y evitando sub-ejercicios», finalizó.
Esta Iniciativa, de aprobarse, permitirá al Congreso, contar con Información suficiente, sobre las finanzas del Estado y Municipios antes de autorizar la Ley de Ingresos y de Presupuesto de Egresos para el Ejercicio Fiscal subsiguiente.
