Apatzingán, Mich., a 10 de septiembre de 2819.- Con el izamiento de bandera y pega del programa septembrino, arrancaron las festividades por el 209 aniversario del inicio de la Independencia de México.

Ambos eventos fueron encabezados por el presidente municipal, José Luis Cruz Lucatero, quien expuso que los eventos organizados han sido pensados en la ciudadanía, recalcando en cada uno de ellos, la cultura y la historia de México.

Ante los estudiantes, docentes, funcionarios municipales y estatales, el presidente municipal, señaló que Apatzingán siempre destaca en las festividades septembrinas y octubrinas, por ser el municipio en donde se firmó la primera Constitución de América.

Dijo que el gobierno municipal, seguirá impulsado la economía de Apatzingán y la región, para honrar a lo que nuestros héroes de la independencia querían ver: el progreso en cada rincón del país.
Prueba de lo anterior es el reciente encuentro con autoridades de Tancítaro, para conectar a la capital mundial del aguacate con la capital mundial del limón.

Cabe destacar que las autoridades civiles y militares, pegaron el programa septembrino en el primer cuadro de la ciudad, en éste destacan actividades culturales, deportivas, artísticas y oficiales.
