  • Se endurecen las penas para delitos, como el hostigamiento y el acoso sexual.

Morelia, Michoacán, 07 de octubre de 2019.- La Diputada Local, por el XXIII Distrito, Sandra Luz Valencia, en Sesión, extraordinaria, del H. Congreso del Estado, abordó Tribuna y presentó la Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto, para reformar, adicionar y derogar en su caso, un articulado del Código Penal, para el Estado de Michoacán.

La Iniciativa, protege los Derechos Sexuales de, mujeres, hombres e integrantes de la Comunidad LGBTTTIQ+ de Michoacán y una vez aprobada en Pleno, por la LXXIV Legislatura, quedarán tipificados como delitos: La violencia contra la intimidad sexual, violencia a la imagen personal, la extorsión sexual y demás supuestos, para conductas delictivas realizadas a través de plataformas digitales y demás medios electrónicos, así como también el endurecimiento de las penas a los delitos de acoso y hostigamiento sexual, ya considerados, en el Código Penal del Estado.

Para esta Iniciativa, se realizó un comparativo de Códigos Penales, de los Estados de, Yucatán, Veracruz, Puebla, Chiapas y Oaxaca y se realizaron 5 foros de análisis y participación, con grupos representativos, defensores de los derechos de mujeres y hombres en Michoacán.

Al respecto, la Legisladora morenista, declaró, «urge proteger el derecho pleno, de los derechos sexuales de mujeres, hombres y comunidad LGTTTIQ+, los derechos sexuales, son derechos humanos universales, fundamentales y deben ser reconocidos, promovidos, respetados y defendidos a través de todos los medios, por la sociedad en su conjunto y Michoacán, no puede ni debe, quedarse a la zaga», concluyó la Diputada, Valencia.

  353. When I initially commented I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment is added I receive four emails with the same comment. Perhaps there is an easy method you can remove me from that service? Cheers.
