La Piedad Michoacán, 25 de octubre de 2019.- Con la asistencia de Alcaldes, Síndicos, Regidores y Autoridades de Jefaturas de Tenencia y Encargaturas del Orden, de los Municipios de, Tanhuato, Ecuandureo, Ixtlán de los Hervores, Churintzio y la Piedad, se llevó a efecto, el Octavo Foro Regional, para crear una nueva Ley Orgánica Municipal, del Estado de Michoacán, organizada por los Diputados, de la Comisión de Fortalecimiento Municipal y Límites Territoriales, del Congreso del Estado.
En el evento, los integrantes de los Ayuntamientos y las Autoridades de las comunidades, externaron sus opiniones, para hacer una mejor Ley, un mayor presupuesto para los Municipios de parte de la Federación, el regreso del programa para migrantes, el servicio profesional de carrera, reglas para elegir al Titular de la Contraloría y definir la forma de elección de las Autoridades Rurales y sus atribuciones.
La Diputada del XXIII Distrito Electoral, Sandra Luz Valencia, participó en el Foro, donde presentó su Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto, para una Nueva Ley Orgánica Municipal, con lenguaje inclusivo, visualizando a las mujeres y a los integrantes de la Comunidad LGBTTTIQ+, para la asignación de puestos , en el organigrama municipal, como un derecho sustentado en el Principio de Igualdad y no Discriminación, el Principio de Paridad y por ende, en la Ley General para la Igualdad entre Mujeres y Hombres.
Al ser entrevistada al respecto, la Legisladora Apatzinguense, afirmó «ésta Iniciativa de Ley, que presentaré en Tribuna, recoge el sentir de hombres y mujeres activistas, que defienden los derechos de paridad, no solo en la postulación de candidaturas a cargos de elección popular, sino también en el ámbito público y privado, la igualdad de oportunidades y de trato entre mujeres, hombres y comunidad LGBTTTIQ+, solo así se logrará una verdadera visión política diferente, más favorable a los intereses de los gobernados», concluyó la Diputada; que el próximo miércoles le dará lectura, a ésta Iniciativa en Sesión de Pleno.
