• Las 32 entidades y los 2,457 municipios del país serán auditados en la aplicación de recursos federales, estatales y municipales.
Apatzingán, Michoacán, a 04 de Enero del 2020.- Luego de que Michoacán fuera detectado como una de las entidades con mayor opacidad en la aplicación de recursos provenientes de la federación, no solo por parte de la actual administración estatal, sino también por el Congreso Local, los 113 ayuntamientos, y la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH); la federación determinó que éste fuera el primer estado en ser auditado.
Así lo reveló éste día en entrevista colectiva con medios locales, el diputado federal, Paco Huacús, tras precisar que el Congreso de Michoacán, es el primero en ser auditado, para continuar con la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH), el gobierno estatal, y los 113 Ayuntamientos; pues la política en el tema de auditorías federales, es que no solo serán auditados los recursos provenientes de la federación, a través de asignaciones y participaciones; sino que también aquellos recursos propios recaudados por cada una de éstas instituciones.
El legislador federal por el 12 distrito electoral de Michoacán, con cabecera en ésta ciudad de Apatzingán, expuso que en administraciones federales, la Auditoria Superior Federal, sorteaba los estados y municipios a auditar; ahora con la llegada de la 4T, se aplicarán revisiones a todas las administraciones de las entidades federativas, los Congresos Locales, los más de 2,500 municipios, y Universidades Públicas; y ello se ha iniciada ya en Michoacán.
Subrayó que la auditoría a la UMSNH, es con la finalidad de aclarar la aplicación de los recursos federales radicados en los últimos años, ya que se ha detectado opacidad en una institución en la que el ex gobernador interino y ex rector de la máxima casa de estudios en el estado, Salvador Jara Guerrero, se jubiló con 100 mil pesos mensuales; por separado de los resultados nada claros y con evidencias de robo y/o desviación de recursos, durante su interinato como titular del ejecutivo en Michoacán, expuso Paco Huacús.
En lo que se refiere Congreso de Michoacán, el diputado federal de extracción petista, subrayó que la auditoría de la federación, es fundamental para poder confiar en el poder legislativo michoacano, ya que la meta del presidente de México Andrés Manuel López Obrador, es que para el 2021, sea un año de cero corrupción.
Paco Huacús subrayó la importancia de una plena transparencia del gasto público, pues se insiste de manera extraoficial que los legisladores michoacanos cobran una dieta de alrededor de los 86 mil pesos mensuales; pero al margen de la legalidad perciben otros 400 mil pesos, para un total de 486 mil pesos, cada uno. Y los coordinadores parlamentarios alrededor del millón de pesos al mes.
En lo que respecta al gobierno de Michoacán, no existe inconveniente porque se auditen las participaciones federales, pero la resistencia es a la revisión de cómo ha hecho la aplicación de los recursos propios.
Finalmente el legislador federal, Paco Huacús, aseguró que la política de fiscalización en la aplicación de recursos ya sean federales, estales y municipales, va en serio y sin contemplaciones, caiga quien caiga.
