En Huacana prohíben entrada a foráneos para evitar propagación de COVID-19

  • Esto se dio a conocer a través de un mensaje publicado en la pagina del Ayuntamiento.

LA HUACANA, MICH., 06 DE ABRIL DE 2020.- El Gobierno municipal de la Huacana exhorto a los habitantes de esta municipalidad a que no salgan de sus y desde luego invita a los turistas y foráneos que tengan la intensión de visitar Huacana a que se abstengan de trasladarse a este municipio, ello como una medida para prevenir la diseminación del COVID-19.

A través de un comunicado y un video publicado en la pagina oficial del Ayuntamiento que preside Rubén González Gómez, de extracción priista, se hace un llamado a la ciudadanía a tomar las medidas de precaución necesarias ante el coronavirus y para que procuren mantenerse en sus casas durante la Semana Santa.

En el comunicado se indica que si por algún motivo de fuerza mayor, la gente tiene que salir del municipio, deben llevar consigo una identificación oficial, aunque no se detalla el porque de este requisito.

Lo anterior fue una determinación luego de que en redes sociales y grupos de WhatsApp, circulara un audio señalando que solo los pobladores podrán entrar y salir del municipio, por lo que la solicitud de la credencial del INE por parte del Ayuntamiento local, sería para evitar el ingreso de foráneos.

De ahí que ante esta actitud asumida por la Administración Publica Municipal de la Huacana, autoridades federales pidieron que en esta contingencia sanitaria, no se violen los derechos humanos de los ciudadanos mexicanos, como es el del libre tránsito, que es un derecho que esta consagrado en la Constitución Mexicana.

El comunicado dice que los pobladores que salgan del municipio “deben llevar consigo siempre una identificación oficial para presentarla en las casetas de vigilancia en el operativo implementado a través de Protección Civil”, en el cual se toma la temperatura y se realiza un test “en el que se solicita información sobre los lugares que se visitaron”, pues trascendió que quienes hayan estado en municipios donde se han confirmado casos positivos de COVID-19 no podrán ingresar a La Huacana.

Con ello claramente se evidencia que se esta «satanizando y discriminando» a quienes viven en zonas donde afectadas por coronavirus
