CD. DE MEXICO, 16 DE MAYO DE 2020.- Al 16 de mayo de 2020, en México se han confirmado 47 mil 144 casos de COVID-19, de los cuales 10 mil 681 son activos con síntomas en los últimos 14 días.
Asimismo, se han registrado hasta esta fecha 5 mil 045 defunciones por esta causa.
De acuerdo al informe dado a conocer esta tarde, se tienen en México 29 mil 409 sospechosos en proceso de estudio, se han descartado 92 mil 544 y en total se han estudiado 169 mil 097 personas.
En la conferencia número 78, se dio a conocer que la incidencia de COVID-19 en la región de las Américas, concentran el mayor número de casos activos, en tanto en Europa la curva epidémica, sigue aplanándose.
Asimismo el Subsecretario de Salud Federal Hugo López-Gatell Ramírez, hizo énfasis en la importancia continuar respetando la jornada de Sana Distancia, a la cual restan 15 días, los cuales es muy importante respetar y ajustarnos a este ordenamiento nacional para mitigar el contagio, pues si se relajan las medidas y se inician nuevamente con las actividades no esenciales como la operación de comercios, grandes, medianos y pequeños, bares, restaurantes y gimnasios, entre otros, que no son indispensables, en 10 días se tendrá que enfrentar un repunte difícil de controlar de COVID-19.
En esta conferencia, el vocero de la Secretaria de Salud hablo de los municipios de la Esperanza y también del tema referente a la inmunidad rebaño.
