Apatzingán, Mich., a 05 de marzo de 2020.- Durante el mes de marzo, los contribuyentes podrán realizar el pago del impuesto predial con el 100 por ciento de descuento en multas y recargos.
Esto fue aprobado por el presidente municipal, José Luis Cruz Lucatero, síndico y regidores en sesión de cabildo, donde se habló de que el objetivo es apoyar a los bolsillos de las personas que tienen un predio y que por diversas cuestiones no pudieron pagar en los meses de enero y febrero.
El departamento del Impuesto Predial cerró los meses de enero y febrero con un total de 15 mil predios cubiertos puntualmente y se espera que en el mes de marzo sean al menos 5 mil más los que se paguen, entre urbanos y rústicos.
Las colonias que presentan más rezago en el pago del impuesto predial son los fraccionamientos Los Girasoles, Bugambilias, Generalísimo Morelos, Infonavit Los Limones e Infonavit Los Pochotes.
Cabe destacar que los predios que sean cubiertos durante marzo, también participarán en la rifa del March 2020.
